Psychologische Beratung BIPoC LSBTIQ+, LSBTIQ+ mit Flucht- und Migrationsbiografien

Brauchst Du einen sicheren Raum, um deine Konflikte und Erfahrungen mit einer Psychologin* zu besprechen? Wir bieten kostenlos psychologische Beratung für LSBTIQ+ Migrant*innen und/oder Geflüchtete und LSBTIQ+ Menschen, die Rassismuserfahrungen machen, nach dem Peer-to-Peer-Prinzip im Bezirk Lichtenberg an. Begleitet werden: Gewalt-, Unterdrückungs- und Diskriminierungserfahrungen, Traumata, Krisensituationen in Migrationsprozessen, Konflikte, Trennungen, Störungen und Ängste u.a. Außerdem haben wir Angebote zu Empowerment-, Entwicklungs- und Heilungsprozessen.

Jede Beratung dauert 60 Minuten und ist anonym und kostenlos.

Do you need a safe space to talk about your conflicts and experiences with a psychologist? Psychological counseling for BIPoC LGBTIQ+, LGBTIQ+ with refugee and migrants We offer free psychological counseling for LGBTIQ+ migrants, refugees and LGBTIQ+ people experiencing racism. We apply a peer-to-peer approach. The sessions can be held in German, English or French and can be offered face-to-face in the district of Lichtenberg or online. We offer support to those who have experienced violence, oppression and discrimination, trauma, crisis situations in the migration processes, conflicts, separations, disorders, fears and related topics. We also have offers for empowerment, development and healing processes.

Each consultation lasts 60 minutes, is anonymous and free of charge.

Appointments are given by prior arrangement.
